罗林保

罗林保,1981年8月生,安徽肥东人。2010年11月入选黄山学者-杰出青年人才支持计画,2009年9月获香港城市大学物理及材料科学系博士学位。之后继续在物理及材料科学系从事博士后研究。

个人简介

罗林保博士长期从事低维纳米材料的合成,表征及光电器件研究工作。迄今为止,已发表SCI研究论文60余篇,其中第一作者及通讯作者论文20余篇,相关论文累积被SCI检索引用超1000次,单篇最高引用逾110次。

研究兴趣:

1.一维半导体纳米结构的光电器件及能源领域的套用研究
2.基于表面拉曼增强效应的各种化学,生物探针的研究
3.一维半导体纳米线的表面态与电学输运特性研究
