Groove Coverage，中文译为舞动精灵，由主唱MELL和DJ Novus组成，是德国2001年新晋乐队，以其混合多种元素的舞曲风格迅速走红，驰名全欧。该舞曲幕后团体、来自德国的二人电子舞曲组合成为了继黑眼豆豆后，又一支在华拥有巨大影响力的舞曲组合。

毋庸置疑，2002到2007年，由製作人Axel Konrad 、Ole Wierk、歌手Mell 和DJ Novus组成的这一乐团是全球最具影响力的舞曲组合之一。由他们推出的单曲和唱片总能在排行榜占据一席之地。

经历了整整三年的休整期，2010年末，Groove Coverage推出了Sony Music Colombia旗下备受关注的新单曲《Innocent》，并继续书写着他们在音乐领域的成功。

翻唱曲《Innocent》在不经意间透露了Groove Coverage的怀旧情结：这首歌原本是1989年Anita Hegerland演唱的热门歌曲。它的作曲者Mike Oldfield也是乐团第一支打榜热歌《Moonlight Shadow》的创作者。

Groove Coverage总能让听众惊艳——这也是乐团保持乐坛领先地位的重要原因之一。接下来的第二支全新单曲《Angeline》在德国榜单跃居第22名，并在TOP40停留了三个月之久。在各大榜单都被来自美国的大牌占据时，《Angeline》数周都冲上了Musicload下载榜的榜首。
