卢安达语（英语：Kinyarwanda / 卢安达语：Ikinyarwanda）是班图语系的一种语言。卢安达语大概有700万的使用人口，主要居住在卢安达，和英语同为官方语言，在刚果和乌干达民主共和国也有使用。卢安达语与主要在蒲隆地和坦尚尼亚使用的隆迪语十分相近。
卢安达语使用拉丁字母书写。
一个标準化的拼写系统为卢安达自1940年以来一直在使用，虽然被罗马天主教和新教的任务使用拼写有所不同。
使用範围
卢安达语的主要使用区域为卢安达，在卢安达，卢安达语与英语、法语并列为此国的官方语言，同样在乌干达、民主刚果，卢安达语与英语、法语同样并列为官方语言。卢安达语与在坦尚尼亚、蒲隆地的基隆迪语十分相近。
