梁琼麟,清华大学长聘副教授、博士生导师

以微流控学为基础,发展微纳流体操控的新原理新技术,并将其套用于微纳尺度的输运、组装和生物製造,模拟组织器官的微结构和微环境,结合原位光谱成像分析和质谱联用分析等检测技术,构建生命分析和生物医学研究的新模型,发展微流控生命分析的原理、方法及装置,参与生命科学前沿基础研究,服务于药物研发、临床检测等国家重大需求。研究重点方向包括组织器官晶片、单细胞亚细胞分析晶片及临床组学分析与生物标誌物检测的微流控晶片系统研製。主持承担国家自然科学基金项目,国家重大科技专项课题,国家973计画和重点研发计画计画子课题等多项国家科研任务。发表SCI论文150余篇,他引3000余次。以共同作者出版学术着作5部, 获得授权中国发明专利十余项。部分研究成果在合作的製药企业、临床医院得到一定套用,曾共同获得国家科技进步二等奖3项。

科研综述:
