简介
2006年从英国回国创立云视频和线上文档服务teamshow。
2009年创立中幼网科技有限公司,2012年被投资基金以8倍市盈率收购。
2011年4月12日成立sewise。
2012年sewise与Foxconn、Power All Networks合资成立了Inter-cloud Vision云联视讯;
2013年sewise与设计生产全球最专业运动摄像机厂商Foxda合资成立了全球第一家运动云视频服务公司Foream。
2013年与中国网际网路方面着名风险投资人张春晖成立MAM Technologies LTD,提供搜寻到流媒体关键帧的媒资平台服务。

教育经历
本科毕业于深圳大学,后赴英国利物浦大学深造,获得电力及电子工程系哲学博士学位,主修人工智慧、智慧型多代理、计算机知识表达。
读博期间,他开发了基于温度模型的变压器智慧型状态监测系统、多代理系统和知识表达系统并在国际学术期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文近20篇,后担任利物浦大学电力及电子工程系美国国家仪器NI·e-automation实验室资深博士后研究员,负责分散式职能多代理系统(Multi-Agent System),知识表达及本体论(Ontology)系统的理论研究和系统开发工作。
2000年冯博士开始涉足网际网路行业,立足通过分散式格线计算理念和技术改造中国的网际网路服务,至今在自动化系统、计算机软体及网际网路行业拥有逾十年经验。
