One could not count the moons that shimmer on her roofs

And the thousand splendid suns that hide behind her walls

喀布尔每条街道都令人目不转睛

埃及来的商旅穿行过座座市集

人们数不清她的屋顶上有多少轮皎洁的明月

也数不清她的墙壁之后那一千个灿烂的太阳

thousand splendid suns 一个个太阳发出的灿烂光芒，书名明明那么治愈，内容却如此的沉重压抑，可以说我生活在这个时代很幸运，我相信书中的言语会刻在我的脑子不忘坏！
