2011-2015年 博士在读期间任学科助教,指导并完成41名本科毕业论文,并担任天然产物成分析/统计学的双语(英语和韩语)教学工作。
2009-2015年 近5年来前后主持/参与韩国农业发展厅、庆尚北道农业科技部科研课题11项,从事天然产物活性因子的分离纯化及其功能评价和功能保健食品的开发。

研究方向
食药品的功能成分生理活性和安全性的检测:
单体化合物的活性分析有助于解析和认识功能性活性组分。目前的研究工作主要从活性←结构特徵→作用机理两个方向着手,系统探究功能性成分活性的构效机制。博士期间做了大量的不同溶液提取物和单体的体内外抗氧化、抗炎(LPS-诱导炎症巨噬细胞和小鼠)、抗癌(癌细胞实验)、抗糖尿(体外和STZ-诱导小鼠实验)活性比较,对活性物质的抗病机理以及信号通路分析具有比较好的研究基础。
计算化学生物学
以分子模拟、生物信息学和化学信息学为手段,研究重要生物大分子的功能和机制,研究有机小分子和生物大分子相互作用的基本理论,发展和完善计算机辅助药物设计方法。运用计算机辅助药物设计方法并结合必要的化学和生物实验手段,寻找和设计可以有效调节重大疾病靶标分子功能的有机小分子化合物。
